What Inspired The Prism Yoga Practice?

Prism Yoga® compliments the teachings of Patanjali, known as the father of yoga. His teachings guide students to a relaxed state of being through the eight limbs of yoga—only one of those limbs (Asana) is a physical practice.

Prism Yoga models a similar design in that sessions are formatted for overall well-being, while steering away from a physically goal-oriented practice.  It's not about what we can accomplish in our practice, but rather achieving a state of being. The goal is to help individuals better understand themselves through the body.  your body is your greatest physician and educator—learn how to tap into that.
